Q: How do I get my digital books (E-Books or Audio)?
A: Your digital books are delivered through BookFunnel, a service I use to distribute ebooks and audiobooks.

Q: I can't find an email with the book download instructions OR my BookFunnel Codes. What should I do?
A: First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, you can go directly to BookFunnel at my.bookfunnel.com (you don't need codes if you use the same email as with your purchase). Log in using the email address you used for your purchase (if bought with PayPal, use your PayPal email).

Q: How do I get my ebooks onto my Kindle?

A: There are a couple of ways to get your ebooks onto your Kindle:

1. Send to Kindle via BookFunnel: Log into your BookFunnel library at my.bookfunnel.com with the email address used for your purchase (or your PayPal email). Tap on the title of the book you want to send. You will see a “Send to Kindle” button. Tap that, and follow the instructions.
2. Download and Send to Kindle Website: From your BookFunnel library, download the Kindle file. Then, go to https://www.amazon.com/sendtokindle, log in to your Amazon account, and upload the downloaded file.

Q: Why do I see an option to purchase the books again on Kindle?

A: If you are seeing an option to repurchase the books on Kindle, it means you are in the Amazon Kindle store, not your BookFunnel library. The ebooks you purchased through me are delivered via BookFunnel, not directly through Amazon.

Q: I tried logging into BookFunnel, but it says my library is empty.
A: Ensure you're using the exact email address you used for the purchase - this is BIG ONE. Sometimes a slight variation can cause this issue or if your phone/browser auto-filled an old email (or your spouse's email... whoops...). If the problem persists, please contact BookFunnel support at help@bookfunnel.com.

Q: My BookFunnel account email is different from my PayPal email. How do I get my books?
A: Contact me, and I will update your email in our system and on BookFunnel. You can then access your books at my.bookfunnel.com using your preferred email address.

Q: I think I used the wrong email address for my purchase. What can I do?
A: Let me know the correct email address. I can update it in our system, and you will then be able to access your books on BookFunnel with the correct email.

Q: Is there an app for BookFunnel?
A: Yes! There is a free BookFunnel app available for iOS, Android, and Amazon Fire devices. You can download it at getbookfunnel.com. This is my recommended option for accessing your books.

Q: Can I read or listen to my books online?
A: Yes, you can read or listen in the cloud by logging in at my.bookfunnel.com. You can also download your books from there or send them to other apps like Kindle.

Q: How long will I have access to my digital books?
A: Once you purchase the books, they are yours to keep forever.

Q: I am still having trouble accessing my books. Who can I contact for help?
A: For technical issues or further assistance, you can contact BookFunnel's customer support directly at help@bookfunnel.com.

Q: I want a refund because of [some reason]!
